新文科建设中的民办本科院校应用型、创新型复合人才培养模式探索——以西安思源学院文学院为例

摘　　要：通过介绍新文科的概念及产生背景,探讨了新文科视野下民办本科院校校本特色的人才培养新理念,提出了专业建设新思路。结合新形势,打破专业壁垒,在课程设置方面融合传统文化,提升艺术素质、审美能力和写作能力,巧妙设置"嵌入式"实践教学,培养学生的"新工匠"精神和职业能力。By introducing the concept and background of New Liberal Arts,this paper discussed the new concept of talents cultivation under the view of New Liberal Arts,and puts forward new ideas for specialty construction.Combining with the new situation,breaking professional barriers,integrating traditional culture in curriculum design,to improve artistic quality,aesthetic and writing ability,setting"embedded"practice teaching,intend to cultivate students’spirit of"new craftsman"and professional ability.
