摘　　要：执业医师资格考试(执考)是行业准入考试,是评价申请医师资格者是否具备从事医师工作所必须的专业知识与技能的考试,也是我国住院医师规范化培训结业考核的必备条件,执考通过率是国务院办公厅关于加强三级公立医院绩效考核中持续发展的重要定量指标。湖南省儿童医院2019年起针对过去几年医院执考通过率低的现状,采用PDCA质量管理工具对住培基地执考进行管理,利用头脑风暴、要因解析、鱼骨图等方法深入剖析既往执考通过率低的原因,制定计划和整改措施如加强住院医师管理、提高师资带教意识及水平、加强技能培训及模拟考核、建立监控督导体系等,在提高执业医师资格考试通过率中取得较好成效。The qualification examination for practicing doctors(examination)is an industry admission test,and it is an examination to evaluate whether the applicants for the qualifications of doctors have the professional knowledge and skills necessary for practicing doctors.It is also an indispensable condition for the standardized training and completion evaluation of residents in China.The examination passing rate is an important quantitative indicator for the continuous development of the performance evaluation of the third-level public hospitals by the General Office of the State Council.Hunan Children’s Hospital has adopted PDCA quality management tools to manage the examinations of the residential training base in 2019.Reasons for the low passing rate of examinations,formulate plans and rectification measures such as strengthening the management of residents,improving the awareness and level of teacher education,strengthening skills training and simulation assessment,and establishing a monitoring and supervision system,This has achieved good results in increasing the passing rate of the qualification examination for medical practitioners.
