高职艺术类专业大学生创业意愿及影响因素研究

摘　　要：大学生创业意愿及其影响因素直接关系到创业教育开展的方向和重点。以苏州高职艺术类专业学生为研究对象,对其创业意愿及其影响因素进行研究。结果显示,创业个体特质、创业经验、创业教育、创业环境等因素对大学生创业意愿存在显著影响,进而提出了具体建议:构建高校创业教育分层分类培养模式,强化“创业导师团队”的建设,加强创业实践平台建设和完善创业支持体系建设,帮助更多有创业意愿的学生走上创业之路,并在创业中成长成才。College students'entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors are directly related to the direction and focus of entrepreneurship education development.This paper takes art major students of higher vocational colleges in Suzhou as the research object to study their entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors.The results show that the characteristics of entrepreneurial individuals,entrepreneurial experience,entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial environment and other factors have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students.Then,it puts forward specific suggestions:to build a hierarchical and classified training mode of entrepreneurship education in colleges,to strengthen the construction of“entrepreneurial tutor team”,to strengthen the construction of entrepreneurial practice platform and to improve the construction of entrepreneurial support system,so as to help more students with entrepreneurial intention to embark on the road of entrepreneurship and grow up in entrepreneurship.
