地方医学院校研究生教育产学研联合培养模式探讨

摘　　要：当今国际竞争的核心是科技与人才的竞争,而研究生是国家高科技产业的主要承担者、高技术人才的主体,医学研究生更是肩负着保障人类健康的重任,因而医学研究生的培养显得尤为重要。本文从医学院校,特别是地方医学院校目前研究生培养现状及存在问题入手,探索新的研究生培养模式,提出地方医学院校实施产学研联合培养的必要性及实施模式,以及实现产学研联合培养模式需要解决与完善的工作,并对未来发展进行展望。地方医学院校实施产学研联合模式符合国家政策号召,有助于加速地方医学院校发展,提高研究生培养质量。Nowadays the core of international competition is competition between technology and talent.And postgraduates are the main bearers of the national high-tech industry and the main body of high-tech talents,medical postgraduates shoulders the heavy responsibility of protecting human health.Therefore,the training of medical postgraduates are particularly important.This paper explores new modes of postgraduate trainning,and puts forward the necessity and implementation modes of university-industry-research cooperation in local medical colleges from current status and existing problems of medical colleges postgraduate education,especially local medical colleges.Finally,it is proposed that the work which needs to be solved and improved to realize the training mode of university-industry-research cooperation,and looks forward to future development.Local medical colleges'implementation of the industry-university-research model conforms to government appeal,which will help accelerate the development of local medical colleges and improve the quality of postgraduate education.
