摘 要:高分辨质谱凭借其高分辨率以及广泛的适用性,在动物源食品多种兽药残留分析中发挥了重要作用。为了进一步促进高分辨质谱在动物源食品中的推广应用,避免因动物源食品的多样性而导致兽药残留检测结果不准确。文章简要概述了动物源性食品中的兽药残留及其检测现状,对几种主要高分辨质谱的种类和特点进行了比较,并在综述高分辨质谱在动物源食品多种兽药残留痕量分析中的研究进展基础上,对高分辨质谱的发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。With its high resolution and wide applicability,high-resolution mass spectrometry has played an important role in the analysis of various veterinary drug residues in foods of animal origin.In order to further promote the application of high-resolution mass spectrometry in animal-derived foods and avoid the inaccurate detection results of veterinary drug residues due to the diversity of animal-derived foods.This article briefly summarizes the veterinary drug residues in animal-derived foods and their detection status,The types and characteristics of several main high-resolution mass spectrometers are compared,and reviews the high-resolution mass spectrometry in trace analysis of various veterinary drug residues in animal-source foods.Based on the research progress,the development trends and application prospects of high resolution mass spectrometry are prospected.
