摘 要:本文是对甘肃礼县西山遗址出土石器和陶器进行的淀粉粒分析。经过显微镜检,在7件石器和8件陶器上共发现475个淀粉颗粒。经过与现代标本对比,这些淀粉粒可以鉴定为4个不同的植物类别,包括薏苡、小麦族、燕麦和山药。在鉴定的淀粉粒中,有完好的,也有一些呈现由碾磨和烹饪所造成的损伤特征,反映了当时的食物加工情况。研究结果表明西周晚期的秦人种植和消费多种经济作物。This study presents the results of starch grains extracted from stone tools and pottery vessels from the Xishan site dating to the prehistoric and Western Zhou period.A total of 475 starch granules were extracted from seven stone tools and eight pottery containers.These starch granules were identified to various genera or species,including Job’s tears(Coix lacryma jobi),the tribe of wheat(Triticeae sp.),oats(Avena sp.),foxtail millet and broomcorn millet(Setaria italica and Panicum milliaceum),and yam(Dioscorea opposita).Among the starch grains identified,some are intact and others show characteristics of damage caused by grinding and cooking,reflecting the food preparation techniques that were employed in ancient times.The results suggest that the people in the Qin state cultivated and consumed a variety of plants during the late Zhou period.
