摘  要:本文分析了国内高职院校数学教学团队的现状,对以职业岗位为导向的高职数学教学团队建设进行了研究、探索和实践,提出了以学科带头人为核心、骨干教师为辅构建数学学科教学梯队,共同提高数学教学团队的凝聚力和协作能力,更新教学理念,建设团队结构合理、教师管理及运行机制良好的教学团队。The present situation of the domestic high vocational mathematics teaching teams is analyzed in this paper,the construction of the high vocational mathematics teaching teams based on vocational position orientation is studied,explored and practiced.The construction of mathematics teaching echelon with subject leader as the core and backbone teachers as the auxiliary is put forward so as to jointly improve the cohesion and cooperation ability of mathematics teaching team,renew the teaching idea,and build a teaching team with reasonable team structure and good teacher management and operation mechanism.
