摘  要:高职院校"双高"建设正如火如荼展开,"双高计划"建设院校都纷纷瞄准高质量要求制定建设方案。但"双高"建设将面临高职生源素质、教育效果"双低"囧境。"双高"院校必须充分了解生源现状,掌握生源特点,教师要研究学生,教材要适合学生,课堂要调动学生,管理要以生为本,建设目标要切合生源实际,才能使"双高"建设真正取得实效。The construction of"double-high"in vocational colleges is in full swing and many colleges are aiming at high quality requirements to develop construction plans.However,the construction of"double-high"will face the"double-low"embarrassment of vocational students’source quality and education effect."Double-high"colleges must fully understand the current status of students and master the characteristics of students.For examples,teachers must study students,textbooks must be suitable for students,classrooms must mobilize students,management must be student-oriented,and construction goals must be realistic to the source of students.Only by these means,the construction can really achieve real effects.
