摘  要:随着“互联网+”教育的发展,混合式教学正逐渐成为高职院校教学的主要方式。当前混合式教学实施过程中存在教师实施意愿和能力不足,学生自主学习意识不强,线上学习情感体验不足,学校管理不到位,在线教学平台建设不足等问题。对此,提出四个层面的改进策略:教师转变教学理念,提高混合式教学实施能力;学生树立自主学习意识,提高自主学习能力;学校做好配套服务;平台供应商提供个性化服务。With the development of“Internet+”Education,blended teaching is gradually becoming the main method of education in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are problems such as insufficient teachers’willingness and ability to implement,students’low awareness of autonomous learning,insufficient emotional experience of online learning,inadequate school management,and imperfect online teaching platform construction in the implementation of blended teaching.In this regard,four levels of improvement strategies are proposed:teachers change their teaching concepts and improve their ability to implement blended teaching;students establish self-learning awareness and improve self-learning capabilities;colleges provide supporting services;platform providers provide personalized services.
