摘 要:易地扶贫搬迁人员在从乡村熟人自由文化社区过渡到城镇陌生人契约文化社区的过程中经历了对美好生活向往的文化多幸期、乡村文化与现代文化的冲击期、融入城镇现代生活的文化变化期和跨越鸿沟迈向新生活的精神安定期。为了让这些人员顺利过渡到新的社区生活,社区教育要运用大数据服务参与社区公共管理、完善社区的服务体系并发挥其功效、开展日常生活教育和职业技能培训、构建多元协同的社区教育参与机制。Relocation program is a poverty alleviation strategy for the impoverished residents in the areas where natural resources are not abundant enough to maintain the livelihood of local people.In the process of moving from the free cultural community of rural acquaintances to the contract cultural community of urban strangers,the immigrant have experienced the cultural multi-lucky period of yearning for a better life,the cultural impact period of rural and modern life differences,the period of cultural change when they start to get integrated into modern urban life,and the period of spiritual stability that strides across the gap into a new life.In order to help these residents get adapted to the new community life,community education should use big data in community public management,improve the community service system and give full play to its effectiveness,carry out daily life education and vocational skills training,and build a pluralistic and coordinated community education participation mechanism.
