摘  要:胜任力在任何时代、任何性质、任何发展阶段的企业运营中都是重要且被反复论证的命题。国有企业作为充分发挥国有资本力量的重要主体,混改阶段的人力资源管理转型仍存在限制因素。论文主要阐述此阶段的国有企业人力资源管理现状以及此背景下的人力资源从业者打造提升岗位胜任力的着力点和维度。Competency is an important and repeatedly demonstrated proposition in any era,any nature,and any stage of enterprise operation.State-owned enterprises,as the main body of giving full play to the power of state-owned capital,still have the limiting factors existing in the transformation of human resources management in the mixed ownership reform stage.This paper mainly expounds the current situation of human resources management in state-owned enterprises at this stage and the focal points and dimensions for human resource practitioners to improve their post competence under this background.
