摘 要:疫情期间,教师在面对"教学空间"和"教学行为"完全物理隔离的情况下,利用翻转课堂教学使传统的教学模式、教学方式和组织形式发生了巨大变化,如何有效提高课堂教学质量和教学效果又一次成为热点问题。高校教师面对着"多种变式"的翻转课堂教学模式和教学形式,借助"成果导向"教育理念,以此来设计、实施和评价翻转课堂教学模式,更好地促进传统"内容为本"向"成果为本"的教学方式转变。教师可以依据"教学目标"来把握教学内容、教学方式和教学活动之间的高度匹配,依据预定的"核心能力指标点"对学生"学习成果"进行量化评价,促进学生明确自己的学习目标和学习路径,发挥学生学习的主观能动性和"个性化"学习优势,引导学生达成"知识、能力和素质"三维教学目标。During the pandemic,"teaching space"and"teaching behavior"are separated from each other.Teachers adopte flipped classroom,which make great changes in traditional teaching model,teaching methods and organizational forms.How to effectively improve teaching quality in classroom and teaching outcome has once again become a hot issue.Faced with the"multiple variants"of teaching model and teaching form in flipped classroom,teaching stuff in universities and colleges use the"outcome-oriented education"philosophy to design,implement and evaluate the flipped classroom,in order to promote the teaching method transforming from a"content-based"one to"result-based"one.Teachers can make teaching content,teaching methods and teaching activities to be highly matched based on"teaching targets",and quantify students’learning results based on core competency index point,which can help students have their own learning goals and learning path,exert their subjective initiative and"personalized"learning advantages and achieve the teaching target on knowledge,ability and quality.
