摘  要:目的探讨分析在护理学基础教学中采用SPOC教学法的作用与效果。方法选取辽宁何氏医学院2017级与2018级学员520例作为本次研究的对象,按照入学时间的差别分为传统教学组与SPOC教学组,其中传统教学组中学员278人,均为2017级应届生,SPOC教学组中学员242人,均为2018级应届生。教学完成后,对比两组学生护理学基础课程理论考核成绩与实操考核成绩情况。结果教学完成后,SPOC教学组的理论考核成绩明显优于传统教学组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在实操考核成绩方面,SPOC教学组与传统教学组组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理学基础教学中,采用SPOC教学法相对于常规教学方法而言,能够有效的深化学生的理论知识学习,提升其对于专业理论知识的掌握水平,提升教学质量,效果确切。Objective To explore and analyze the effect and effect of adopting SPOC teaching method in basic nursing teaching.Methods 520 students from 2017 and 2018 grades of Liaoning He’s Medical College were selected as the object of this study,and they were divided into traditional teaching group and SPOC teaching group according to the difference in enrollment time.Freshmen of the second grade,242 students in the SPOC teaching group,all are freshmen of the 2018 grade.After the teaching is completed,the theoretical assessment results and practical assessment results of the basic nursing courses of the two groups of students are compared.Results After the teaching is completed,the SPOC teaching group’s theoretical assessment results are significantly better than the traditional teaching group,and the difference between the groups is obvious(P<0.05).In terms of practical assessment results,the date between SPOC teaching group and traditional teaching group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the basic teaching of nursing,the SPOC teaching method can effectively deepen students’theoretical knowledge learning,improve their mastery of professional theoretical knowledge,and improve the quality of teaching.
