摘　　要：本文从食品专业涉及动物实验的教学与科研特点,探讨动物实验操作过程中存在的生物安全隐患,并对食品专业动物实验过程中生物安全防控体系的构建进行阐述,以期提高食品专业师生的生物安全防范意识和自我保护能力,确保师生的生命财产安全。This paper discusses the hidden danger of biological safety in the process of animal experiments involved in teaching and Scientific Research of Food Major,and expounds the construction of prevention and control system of biological safety of animal experiment,in order to enhance the awareness of biological safety prevention and self-protection and ensure the safety of life and property of teachers and students.
