摘 要:对我院武陵山区高职西藏班畜牧兽医课程体系的改革与实践进行研究。从就业方面、政策理论方面、学生学情方面对武陵山区高职西藏班畜牧兽医课程体系现状进行了分析。在就业方面,西藏学生就业方向和就业百分率与内地学生相差甚远;在政策理论方面,武陵山区高职畜牧兽医专业原有的课程体系是针对本地区毕业生就业需求而设置的,与西藏地区的畜牧生产存在巨大反差;在学生学情方面,武陵山区西藏生的期末综合考试成绩较差,单科考试不及格率偏高。对此,以2017级西藏生源班级为例,对原有的教学进度、学时、学分进行了修改与调整,设立了一套适用于西藏学生的课程体系,旨在提高西藏学生的创新创业意识,为返藏创业提供理论基础,带动西藏劳动力市场,增加就业岗位,在今后的公务员考试中具有一定的理论基础,更具竞争力。We research the reform and practice of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine course system of Tibet Class in higher vocational education in Wuling Mountains Area.We analyze the present situation of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine course system of Tibet Class in higher vocational education in Wuling Mountains Area from employment,policy theory and the study situation of the students.In employment aspect,there is large gap between students in Tibet and other areas in employment orientation and percentage.In policy theory,the original course system is set up according to the employment demand of this area,and there is great difference between Wuling Mountains Area and Tibet.In students’study aspect,comprehensive examination result of the term end of Tibet students in Wuling Mountains Area,and the failed rate of single subject is relatively high.Therefore,though taking Tibet students of 2017 grade as an example,we adjust original teaching process,period and credit,and set up a set of course system,which is suitable for Tibet students to improve the innovation and enterprise consciousness of Tibet students,in order to provide theoretical basis for Tibet entrepreneurship,to bring opportunities for Tibet labor market,to increase employment and to provide students with more theoretical basis for civil service examination and more competition.
