摘　　要：语言服务作为一种新兴的行业,与信息传播技术密切相关,为满足行业需要,各高校在培养翻译专业人才的同时,也重视人才创新能力的培养,为此提出语言服务视角下高校创新型信息技术翻译人才培养研究。设计多维度信息技术翻译人才培养目标,要求技术写作者具备外语写作能力、技术专长、工具使用能力、采访与倾听能力、信息设计能力、可用性测试能力;更新人才培育理念,培养学生综合职业素养;基于多方培育机制,拓宽学生就业渠道,积累学生社会实践经验;完善技术传播方向课程体系,丰富学生个人就业简历,促进学生全面发展。As an emerging industry,language service is closely relatedto information communications technology.In order to meet the needs of the industry,colleges and universities attach importance to the cultivation of innovative talents in the process of training translation professionals.Therefore,a research on the cultivation of translation talents in innovative information technology in colleges and universities from the perspective of language service is proposed.Designing multi-dimensional training objectives for information technology translators requires technical writers to have foreign language writing ability,technical expertise,ability to use tools,interview and listening ability,information design ability and usability testing ability.ICT-oriented colleges and universities should renew the concept of talent cultivation and cultivate comprehensive professional qualities.Based on multi-dimensional cultivation mechanisms,we should broaden the employment channels and help students accumulate social practice experience.We should improve the curriculum system of technical communication,enrich students'resumes for employment,and promote their all-round development.
