摘　　要：以教育部"停课不停学、停课不停教"为指导方针,2020年春季学期昆明高校开展在线教学,所以保障在线教学的效果是亟待解决的问题。通过教学数据对在线教学所需软硬件环境、在线教学特点的分析,基于"腾讯平台+雨课堂"平台,辅以其他过程性评价平台,构建云南农业大学食品专业课程的线上教学创新模式,为实施春季学期有效在线教学方式方法提供参考。In the spring of 2020,online teaching was an important measure to respond to the call of"suspension of classes without suspension of learning"of the Ministry of Education,and to ensure the effect of online teaching is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the software and hardware environment and the characteristics of online teaching by analyzing the teaching data.Based on the platform of"Tencent Conference+Rain Classroom"and other process evaluation platforms,this paper constructs a new online teaching model of food professional courses,which provides a reference for the effective implementation of online teaching.
