摘　　要：我国高等职业教育对"现代学徒制"人才培养模式进行积极探索,积累了宝贵的经验,但校企合作模式、课程体系设计等问题仍是提升人才培养质量的重点和难点。文章以漳州职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例,通过对"校店合一"产学研实训酒店运营的实践研究,为推进"现代学徒制"人才培养模式改革提供一定的参考价值。China's higher vocational education has actively explored the“modern apprenticeship”talent training model and accumulated valuable experience.However,problems such as school enterprise cooperation model and curriculum system design are still the key and difficult points to improve the quality of talent training.Taking the hotel management major of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology as an example,through the practical research on the production,learning,research and training hotel operation of“school store integration”,this paper provides certain reference value for promoting the reform of talent training model of“modern apprenticeship”.
