摘　　要：高等职业教育是一种类型教育,现代学徒制人才培养分为技能培养、职业素养、企业实践历练3个阶段,同时也要求德技并修、全面发展。现代学徒制通过校企合作实现职业技能训练和学校知识教育有机融合,全方面提高人才培养的质量,可满足社会所需。Higher vocational education is a type of education.The talent cultivation of modem apprenticeship system is divided into three stages:skill training,professional quality,and enterprise practice experience.At the same time,it also requires the comprehensive development of both moral and technical skills.The modern apprenticeship system realizes theorganicintegrationofvocationalskillstrainingandschoolknowledgeeducationthroughschool-enterprise cooperation,improves the quality of talent training in all aspects,and meets the needs of society.
