摘　　要：现代信息技术以图文声像并茂的形式广泛应用于英语课堂教学,可以将教学内容直观、形象地呈现在学生面前,助力英语词汇教学、英语听说教学,优化英语课堂教学效果,强化英语阅读教学,实现分层布置作业并完成检查,对提升英语课堂教学质量具有积极意义。文章立足英语课堂教学实践,探讨信息技术在英语课堂的应用策略。Modern information technology has been widely used in English classroom teaching in the form of text,sound and image.It can present the teaching content directly and vividly in front of students,help English vocabulary teaching,English listening and speaking teaching,optimize English classroom teaching effect,strengthen English reading teaching,realize layered assignment and complete inspection,which can improve the quality of English classroom teaching It has positive significance.Based on the practice of English classroom teaching,this paper discusses the application strategies of information technology in English classroom.
