摘 要:对16个茶树新品种(系)进行品比试验,综合比较了16个品种(系)的生物学特性、产量、生化成分和品质等,结果表明,物候期比对照福鼎大白茶早的有10个品系,晚的有3个品系;产量比对照高的有7个品系,比对照低的有9个。16个品种(系)中,水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱的三年平均值分别为38.0%、24.0%、4.1%、3.8%,其中西莲1号的水浸出物和茶多酚含量最高;制茶品质中,三年绿茶感官审评平均排名高于对照福鼎大白茶的有13个品种(系),依次为08-1、HJ-05、西莲1号、HJ-02、79-26-11、HJ-168、HJ-18、88-01、08-65、HJ-03、HJ-04、80-88-18、79-65-109。综合物候期、产量和制茶品质,初步选育出08-01、HJ-05、西莲1号、79-26-11等4个综合性状较优的茶树新品种(系)。In this study,16 new tea varieties were compared in terms of biological characteristics,yield,biochemical composition and tea quality.The results showed that there were 10 varieties whose germination period was earlier than the control variety of Fuding Dabai,and 3 varieties were later than the control;there were 7 varieties with higher yield than the control and 9 varieties with lower yield than the control.Among the 16 varieties,the three-year average values of water extract,tea polyphenol,amino acid and caffeine were 38.0%,24.0%,4.1%,3.8% respectively,and the content of water extract and tea polyphenol in Xilian No.1 was the highest;in the quality of tea,there were 13 varieties whose three-year average ranking of green tea sensory evaluation were higher than that of the control Fuding Dabai tea,which successively were 08-1,HJ-05,Xilian 1,HJ-02,79-26-11,HJ-168,HJ-18,88-01,08-65,HJ-03,HJ-04,80-88-18,79-65-109.Based on the germination period,yield and tea quality,4 new tea varieties of 08-01,HJ-05,Xilian 1,79-26-11with better comprehensive characters were preliminarily selected for the further research.
