摘 要:采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法对2016-2018年烟台市肉类样品中4种β-受体激动剂的残留水平进行了检测,并在此基础上对烟台市肉品中的β-受体激动剂的残留风险进行了评估。结果显示,2016年的肉类样品中β-受体激动剂残留的检出率为3.33%,检出的2种β-受体激动剂是沙丁胺醇和特布他林,检出率均为1.67%,最高残留浓度分别为0.82μg/kg和3.63μg/kg;2017年和2018年的肉类样品中未有β-受体激动剂残留检出,烟台人民每天通过食用肉类而摄入的β-受体激动剂兽药的安全限值的平均值小于1。总体表明,烟台市肉品中β-受体激动剂残留损害人体健康的风险较低,但存在违规使用β-受体激动剂的现象,相关部门应加强对牲畜养殖使用β-受体激动剂类药物的监管力度。High performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was used for detecting the residues of the fourβ-agonist drugs in meat samples from Yantai city during a period of 2016~2018,and the risk ofβ-agonist residues in meat from Yantai was evaluated.The results showed that the detection rate ofβ-agonist residues in 2016 was 3.33%,and terbutaline and salbutamol were the two detectedβ-agonist drugs.The detection rates for both were 1.67%and the maximum residual concentrations were 0.82μg/kg and 3.63μg/kg,respectively.Theβ-agonist residues were not detected in meat samples in 2017 and 2018.The average value of margin of safety ofβ-agonist drugs in Yantai ingested by eating meat was less than 1.Overall,the results indicate that the health risk of intakingβ-agonist from meat is quite low for Yantai residents.However the contamination of illegal use Ofβ-agonist in meat exists in Yantai.Supervision and inspection ofβ-agonist drugs should be strengthened in livestock farming.
