摘　　要：概述了近年来洋河酒厂在智慧酿造领域取得的进展,重点介绍了智能集成控制系统以及MES系统在功能微生物生产中的应用情况,分别阐述了智能集成自动化控制与MES系统在功能微生物种子扩培、原料处理、控温培养、比例复配等工艺的应用情况,进一步介绍了批次分析系统的应用情况。In this paper,we introduced the progress in the field of intelligent brewing in recent years,focusing on the application of intelligent integrated control system and MES system in the production of functional microorganisms.The application of intelligent integrated automation control and MES system in microbial propagation,raw material processing,culture temperature control,and proportion control were explained respectively.Then the application of batch analysis system were further introduced.
