摘 要:生物化学跟免疫学、生理学、病理学、药理学密切相关,是医药、生物学、农学等学科必不可少的专业基础课,其教学质量将影响其它专业课程的教学,甚至影响相关专业的整体人才培养。但生物化学内容庞大、结构复杂、理论抽象、晦涩难懂,课堂效果不尽如人意。针对课程特点和高职院校的教学现状,本文探讨了对生物化学不同类型的教学内容如何运用"游戏法"的教学模式来提高课堂的趣味性。笔者将课堂上的理论知识以"游戏"的方式展现,直观地传授了课堂重点、难点,提高了高职类院校课堂的趣味性和学生的学习积极性,增强了课堂教学效果。The teaching quality of Biochemistry will affect other professional courses, as well as the whole training talent level, because it is an indispensable professional basic course in Medicine, Biology, Agronomy, and other disciplines, besides, it is closely related to Immunology, Physiology, Pathology, and Pharmacology. It is known that the class effect of Biochemistry is not satisfactory for its huge content, complex structure, abstract theory and difficulty. According to the characteristics of Biochemistry and the teaching status of vocational colleges, it was studied how to improve the interest of the class in different contents of this curriculum using educational game. The theoretical knowledge was presented in the form of educational games, which intuitively taught the key points and difficulties of Biochemistry in the class. Both the fun of the course and students’ enthusiasm for learning had been improved. Finally, good teaching effects were achieved.
