摘　　要：随着双创浪潮在全国各行各业的蔓延与推进,高职院校教育也需要在创新创业教育中不断加强对学生工匠精神的培育力度,且已经成为高职院校教育的发展大势。因此,研究现阶段高职院校在培育工匠精神中存在的主要问题,同时明确教学定位与工匠精神,在校园文化中不断得到创新,真正将创新创业教育以及工匠精神融合于高职院校人才培养体系中,不断促进高职院校与企业之间的合作进度以及加强工匠精神师资力量建设,营造工匠精神认可氛围、培育高职院校学生的工匠精神。With the spread and promotion of the wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in all walks of life in the country,higher vocational education also needs to constantly strengthen the cultivation of students’spirit of craftsman in the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and has become the development trend of higher vocational education.Therefore,studying on the higher vocational colleges cultivate the spirit of craftsman in the main problems,clear spirit teaching orientation and at the same time,in the campus culture innovation constantly,really fused innovation entrepreneurship education and spirit in the system of higher vocational education,promote the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises progress and strengthen the construction of the craftsman spiritual teachers create a craftsman spiritual recognition atmosphere,cultivating spirit of higher vocational college students.
