摘　　要：良好的家园合作可以提升幼儿园教育的效能和幼儿的发展水平。传统的家园合作主要是幼儿园对家庭的单向支配,家长缺乏话语权。新型家园合作关系的建构必须首先将幼儿教育置于一种关系网络中进行审视,将家庭视为重要的利益主体和教育实践主体,合理对待家长的教育诉求;其次应充分利用家庭的教育资源,通过协商的方式确定家园共育的目标、内容和方法,让家长真正参与到幼儿教育工作中来;再次应善于利用信息技术手段,提高家园合作的效率和质量。The kindergarten-family cooperation can improve the efficiency of kindergarten education and children’s development level.The traditional kindergarten-family cooperation is mainly the unilateral domination of the kindergarten to the family.The parents lack the corresponding discourse power and discourse expression path,and they are regarded as the actors lacking the ability.The construction of new kindergarten-family cooperation should take the kindergarten education as a relational existence,fully respect the interests of the parents,give parents full power of expression,and through refactoring kindergarten-family cooperation target,establish and improve the home link,and use the means of information tech nology to enhance the level of the relationship between kindergarten and family.
