摘　　要：教学做合一模式便于培养学生的能力并形成能力结构,但这种模式打破了知识的学科体系授受方式。从知识的类型分析入手,探讨知识的习得方式,建构成长需求能力标准的知识系统化逻辑,通过知识的类型化、结构化和序化在课程体系设计和教学实施中的运用,最终实现教学过程中知识的系统化。Work Shadowing model may facilitate cultivation of students′ability and formation of ability structure,but it has also broken the give-receive way of disciplinary system of knowledge.This article,starting with analysis on knowledge types,discusses ways for acquisition of knowledge,constructs systematic logic of knowledge for ability standard needed in growing-up of students,and finally realizes systematization of knowledge in teaching process through using categorization,structuring and sequentialization of knowledge in design and teaching of curriculum systems.
