摘　　要：专业课程思想政治教育是高校课程改革的重要内容,本文对食品专业课程思政建设进行了探究,探讨在课程中融入思想政治教育的意义,挖掘食品专业课程中思政元素,提升食品专业课程教学效果。The ideological and political education of professional courses is an important part of curriculum reform in Colleges and universities.This paper explores the ideological and political construction of food professional courses,discusses the significance of Integrating Ideological and political education into the curriculum,excavates the ideological and political elements in food professional courses,and improves the teaching effect of food professional courses.
