摘  要:以国家“一带一路”教育政策为契机,以护理人才培养国际化需求为背景,以高等教育创新发展改革为基础,以民族院校新时代发展需求为出发点,分析内蒙古民族大学与美国托马斯大学护理学中外合作办学项目教学质量提升的实践与存在问题,提出应对策略,以探讨提升民族本科高校护理学中外合作办学教学质量的问题及有效对策,实现民族院校高水平国际化护理专业人才的培养和优质中外合作办学。Taking the national"One Belt One Road"education policy as an opportunity,taking the international demand for nursing talent training as the background,taking the innovation and development reform of higher education as the foundation,and taking the development needs of ethnic colleges and universities in the new era as the starting point,analyze Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities and the United States practice and existing problems of the teaching quality improvement of the Sino-foreign cooperative education program in nursing at Thomas University,and proposed countermeasures to explore the problems and effective countermeasures to improve the teaching quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in nursing in ethnic undergraduate colleges and universities,and realize the high-level international nursing major in ethnic colleges talent training and high-quality Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.
