摘 要:2016年我国教育部发布《盲校义务教育课程标准(2016年版)》至今已有4年之久,盲校课程建设在新的课程标准导向下从课程标准建设、体系建设到教材建设等诸多方面取得了适应新时期特殊教育发展需要的成就和经验,但是课程建设进程并未结束,盲校教育改革需要课程建设从质量上为发展奠基铺路。因此,及时总结课程建设经验,发现问题并提出建议,可以为视障教育研究者和实践者提供发展思路和有价值的前瞻性对策。It has been 4 years since The Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards for the Blind was issued by the Ministry of Educationin 2016.Under the guidance of the new curriculum criterion,the curriculum construction of schools for the blind has made achievements and experiences,which meets the needs of special education development in the new era for curriculum criterion construction,system construction,and teaching materials construction.However,the curriculum construction process isstill advancing,which is required by the education reform of the school for the blind to pave the way for development in terms of quality.Therefore,timely summarizing the curriculum construction experience,discovering problems and making suggestions can provide development ideas and valuable forward-looking counter measures for researchers and practitioners engaged in visually impaired education.
