地方旅游地图汉译英翻译策略研究——以苏州市职业大学服务第十七届中国苏州国际旅游节为例

摘  要:高等职业教育专业建设要紧密结合地方经济、文化事业发展,以服务地方人才需求为重心,强化社会实践,在实践中提高学生的职业能力。针对第十七届中国苏州国际旅游节旅游地图翻译这一社会实践活动,以目的论翻译理论为基础,对该地图翻译进行理论上深层次思考,由此制定出该地图"准确、简洁、易懂"的汉译英翻译策略,在此翻译策略指导下进行了翻译实践,同时针对翻译中出现的困难和问题,提出了相应的解决思路与办法。The training of talents and professional construction of higher vocational education should be closely combined with the development of the local economy and cultural undertakings to focus on serving the needs of local talents,strengthen social practice,and improve students’ professional abilities in practice. In view of the characteristics of tourism map translation in the 17th Suzhou International Tourism Festival,this paper,from the perspective of skopos theory,delves into the translation of the map in the theory so as to formulate the translation strategy of accuracy,simplicity and intelligibility. Under the guidance of this translation strategy,the translation practice is carried out. And the corresponding solutions are put forward to solve the translation problems.
