摘  要:实践教学作为思想政治理论课重要的教学手段,直接影响思政课的教学效果。在培养时代新人的背景下,教育主体、客体和主客体关系的变化,对思政课教师提出了极大挑战。基于实践教学的要求,新时代思政课教师应从"学校的"教师发展为"社会的"教师,从教育者成长为实践者;从理论讲授者提升为精神引领者;从掌握知识的人转变为创造生活的人;发挥学生主体性,做探"矿"者和挖"宝"人。As an important teaching method of Ideological and political theory course,practice teaching directly affects the teaching effect of Ideological and political course.Due to the change of the relationship between the subject,object and subject and object of education,there have been great challenges for teachers in the context of cultivating new people of the era.Based on the requirements of practical teaching,teachers of ideological and political courses in the new era should be developed from"school"teachers to"social"teachers,from educators to practitioners,from theoretical lecturers to spiritual leaders,from people who master knowledge to people who create life,give full play to the students’subjectivity,and be explorers and treasure diggers.
