摘 要:新时代要求特殊教育注重内涵和质量发展,对特殊教育师资培养提出了更高要求。西南大学特殊教育专业通过近30年的探索,坚持“学生中心,产出导向,持续改进”基本理念,不断完善培养方案和改进课程教学,逐步形成了以培养能适应特殊教育发展的未来行业精英的“三型”人才(即教研型特殊教育教师、研究型特殊教育教研员和专家型特殊教育管理者)为目标和价值追求,以小班制为前提,以嵌入式课程和立体大课堂为实现路径和保障的特殊教育师资培养模式。The new era requires special education to pay attention to the development of connotation and quality,meanwhile it puts forward higher requirements forthe cultivation of special education teachers.Through nearly thirty years of exploration,Southwest University’s special education major adheres to the basic concept of“student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement”,constantly improves training programs and curriculum teaching,and gradually forms the training mode for special education teachers with the goal and value pursuit to cultivate“Three-type”talents(i.e.,teaching and research-type special education teachers,research-type special education teaching and research staff,and expert-type special education managers)who are future professional elites able to adapt to the development of special education.This special education teacher training model takes small class size as the premise and embedded curriculum and dimensional class as the path of realization and guarantee.
