摘　　要：现代职业教育飞速发展,以就业为导向,推动产教融合、工学合作的现代学徒制成为我国职业教育发展的必然趋势,以常州旅游商贸高等职业技术学校与龙城旅游控股集团的现代学徒制试点项目为例,分析五年制高职院校旅游管理专业产教融合的现状,梳理现代学徒制人才培养方面的基本做法,总结其教学成效,并提出现代学徒制教学改革的策略及方案。With the rapid development of modern vocational education, the employment oriented modern apprenticeship system, which promotes the integration of industry and education, and work study cooperation, has become an inevitable trend in the development of vocational education in China. Taking the pilot project of modern apprenticeship system of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute Changzhou Tourism & Commerce Branch and Longcheng Tourism Holding Group as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of industry and education in Tourism Management specialty of five-year higher vocational colleges, and sorts out the basic practice of modern apprenticeship training. It summarizes its teaching effect, and puts forward the strategy and scheme of modern apprenticeship teaching reform.
