摘  要:目的探索微信支持下PBL教学法结合CBL教学法实行于临床本科生介入科实习教学中的价值。方法将到医院介入科实习的哈尔滨医科大学2017级54名临床本科生纳入研究,运用随机数字表方法开展分组干预,不同组别归入人数各有27名,研究组采用微信支持下PBL教学法结合CBL教学法,对照组采用常规教学法,研究出科试卷考试分数值、实践操作考察分数值、满意教学方式情况分数值、满意教师授课水平分数值。结果研究组出科试卷考试分数值、实践操作考察分数值与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05),研究组满意教学方式分数值、满意教师授课水平分数值与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在临床本科生介入科实习教学中提供微信支持下PBL教学法结合CBL教学法获得较好教学干预效果。Objective To explore the value of PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method supported by WeChat in the practice teaching of clinical undergraduates in interventional department.Methods 54 clinical undergraduates of Harbin Medical University 2017-level internship in the intervention department of our hospital were included in this data index analysis data,and random number table method was used to carry out group intervention.There were 27 people in different groups,research the group adopts the PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method supported by WeChat,and the control group adopts the conventional teaching method to study the scores of the examination papers,practical operation examination scores,scores of satisfactory teaching methods,and scores of teachers’level of satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of examination papers and practical operation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the score of satisfaction with teaching methods and teaching level of teachers in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with CBL teaching method with WeChat support in clinical undergraduate interventional teaching can achieve better teaching intervention effect.
