摘 要:目的探讨基于情景模拟之针灸治疗学多媒体课件的应用和实施效果。方法选择2013—2014级针灸推拿专业的学生共238人,用随机整群抽样的方法选取实验班119人,对照班119人。对照组按照传统教学方法教学,借助普通多媒体课件。实验组采用基于情景模拟之针灸治疗学多媒体课件进行教学与仿真训练,后通过问卷调查以及考试成绩评价教学效果。结果通过学生调查问卷分析结果及两组学生期末考试成绩情况比较,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于情景模拟多媒体课件教学法能有效地调动学生的学习积极性,激发学习主动性,能更快掌握临床技能,提高学习成绩。Objective To explore the application and effect of multimedia courseware of acupuncture therapy based on scenario simulation.Methods 238 students majoring in acupuncture and massage from 2013 to 2014 were selected.119 students in experimental class and 119 students in control class were selected by random cluster sampling.The control group was taught according to the traditional teaching method with the help of ordinary multimedia courseware.In the experimental group,the multimedia courseware of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy based on scenario simulation was used for teaching and simulation training.Results Through the analysis of students'questionnaire and the comparison of the final examination results between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The teaching method based on scenario simulation multimedia courseware can effectively mobilize the students’learning enthusiasm,stimulate the learning initiative,grasp the clinical skills faster,and improve the learning performance.
