摘 要:教师教学创新能力是高职院校办学质量和人才培养质量提升的关键所在。教学创新能力调研表明高职教师的创新能力尚存在着诸多短板。着眼于教师个性品质、知识结构与能力素养、教学创新思维与意识、创新实践与成果等维度,优化“双师型”教师队伍,重视校企“双元”育师,组建结构化教师创新团队,强化教师社会服务能力,有助于提升教师教学创新能力,从而提升技术技能人才培养质量。The teaching innovation ability of higher vocational teachers is the key to improve the quality of school-running and personnel training in higher vocational colleges.The survey of teaching innovation ability shows that there are still some shortcomings in the innovation ability of higher vocational teachers.Based on the perspectives of teachers’personality,knowledge structure and ability accomplishment,teaching innovative thinking and awareness,innovative practice and achievements,this paper comes up with some measures,optimizing the double-qualified faculty,attaching importance to the teachers’“dual-training”of school-enterprise integration,forming a structured teacher innovation team and strengthening teachers’ability to serve the society,with a view to improve the quality of technical and skilled personnel training.
