摘 要:陶行知一生的教育实践,始终扎根中国大地,紧密结合中国教育实际。在数十年的教育实践中,陶行知反思批判我国传统教育的诸多弊端,边改革,边实验,逐步形成以生活教育为核心的办学思想和管理思想体系。陶行知办学思想是陶行知生活教育理论与实践体系不可分割的组成部分,具有鲜明的时代性、前瞻性和现实性,对当今学校办学仍然有重要的指导价值:提高理论思维,办有魂的学校;立足学校生活,办有根的学校;涵养教育情怀,办有大爱、有真情的学校。Tao Xingzhi’s educational practice in his whole life has always been rooted in China and closely combined with China’s educational reality. In decades of educational practice, Tao Xingzhi made profound consideration and criticized many drawbacks of traditional education in China, and gradually formed the school running thoughts and management philosophy with life education as the core through reform and experiment. Tao Xingzhi’s school running thoughts, which are the inseparable part of Tao Xingzhi’s theory and practice system of life education, have distinct time feature, foresight and realistic value, and still has important guiding significance for school running today. We should improve theoretical thinking and run schools with soul, run the deeply rooted school based on school life, cultivate educational feelings and run schools with great love and true feelings.
