基于蓝墨云班课的食品安全学课程混合式教学研究

摘　　要：为有效解决传统上课模式存在的不足,提升课堂教学质量。本文基于蓝墨云班课的线上教学平台,构建了线上为主自主预习的课前模式、以学生为中心的线上线下混合的课堂模式以及线上为主的巩固所学内容的课后模式,通过多元化考核的方式进行教学改革,旨在提高师生互动频率,拓展教学深度,增强教学效果。In order to effectively solve the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode and improve the quality of classroom teaching.Based on the online teaching platform of Blue Ink Cloud Class,this paper constructed the online based independent preview pre-class mode,student-centered online and offline mixed classroom mode,and online-based post-school mode of consolidating the learning content.The teaching reform is carried out by means of diversified assessment,aiming to improve the interaction frequency between teachers and students,expand the teaching depth and enhance the teaching effect.
