师范实习生认知教师工作的调查研究

摘  要:以师范生实习期间对教师工作内涵、教师工作事务、教师工作环境的认知为线索自编问卷,通过对福建省五所师范本科高校307名中小学、幼儿园实习生进行线上调查,结果发现:师范生对实习学校提供的工作环境达满意水平;课堂教学、研讨活动和行政事务是师范实习生的常规工作;实习指导教师、大学所学原理、自己所思所想和同事聊天是师范实习生认知教师工作的帮助因素;实习生开始具备反思意识和研究型教师潜质,表现出一定的专业自信心;另外,教育实习会影响师范生职业选择,但不起决定作用。由此需进一步优化实习工作环境,強化“反思-研究”的师范生素养培育。Based on the understanding of the connotation of teachers’work,we self-made a questionnaire on the cognition of teachers’work by Fujian normal university interns.The results showed:the intern teachers are satisfied with the working environment provided by the school.Class teaching,teaching researching activity and administrative affairs are the top three priorities of the intern teachers’working problems.Educational practice mentors,principles learned in university,thinking and chatting with colleagues become the helping factors for intern teachers to solve working problems.Interns are showing a certain degree of professional confidence,who have begun to have reflective consciousness and research-oriented potentials.Teaching practice may influence their career choices,but not decisive.Therefore,it is necessary to further optimize the working environment of internship,pay attention to bridge theory and practice in pre-service teacher education,and strengthen the cultivation of"introspection-research"quality of normal university students.
