Practice and Research on the Cultivation of Talents for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in New Engineering——Taking Internet of Things Engineering Major as an Example

摘  要:为了提升新工科人才创新创业能力,以南京邮电大学新工科专业物联网工程专业为例,针对创新创业人才培养方面存在的实践环节设置不合理、培养方式单一、创新创业平台不足以及专业人才培养质量标准缺乏等问题,探讨构建1个培养目标、2项教育理念、3个创新创业支撑平台、4个实践教学层面、5种不同培养方式的"12345"物联网工程专业培养新模式。同时,对于该新模式下新工科人才培养质量,构建以"创新创业能力培养"为核心的物联网工程专业人才培养质量标准。该模式经过近3年的实践,学生的创新创业能力有了显著提高:学生以第一作者发表学术论文年均6篇,申请专利年均4件,分别较往年提高23.7%和34.6%;学生科研创新创业项目和成果获奖、学科和技能竞赛获奖数共计年均43项,其中国家级奖项15项,省级奖项16项,分别较往年提高15.6%和27.8%。研究表明",12345"物联网工程专业培养新模式有力推动了学生创新创业能力提升。In order to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of new engineering talents,aiming at the unreasonable setting of practical links,the single training method,the insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship platform and the lack of quality stan⁃dards for professional talent training in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,this article,taking the major of Inter⁃net of Things Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example,explores the establishment of a new“12345”IoT engineering professional training model with 1 goal,2 concepts,3 innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,4 practical teaching levels and 5 different training methods.At the same time,a quality standard for the training of Internet of Things en⁃gineering professionals with“innovative and entrepreneurial ability training”as the core is established for the training quality of new engineering talents.After nearly 3 years of practice of this model,students’innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities have been sig⁃nificantly improved,Students published 6 academic papers and applied for 4 patents every year as the first author,which are increased 23.7%and 34.6%,respectively compared with previous years.A total of 43 disciplines and skills were awarded in the students’scien⁃tific research,innovation and entrepreneurship projects and achievements,including 15 national awards and 16 provincial awards,re⁃spectively 15.6%and 27.8%higher than in previous years.It can be seen that the new training mode of“12345”of Internet of Things engineering major has effectively promoted the improvement of students’various innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.
