摘  要:当前,地方高师本科院校已逐渐成为小学教育专业人才培养的主要阵地。科学合理的人才培养目标与规格是制定和实施人才培养方案的重要依据。为此,以广西科技师范学院为例,通过对该校近五年小学教育专业人才培养方案中的人才培养目标与规格的文本分析,提出地方高师在制定小学教育专业人才培养目标与规格中的四点建议:厘清相关概念,突出关键素养;紧扣国家政策,突显区域特色;立足客观现实,预见未来需求;建立评价体系,联通目标规格。Currently,the local normal undergraduate universities have been gradually serving as the main base to cultivate the primary education talents.Scientific and reasonable talents cultivation objectives and specifications are the essential basis for drafting and implementing the talent cultivation plan.Therefore,taking Guangxi Science and Technology Normal University as an example,the paper analyzes talent cultivation objectives and specifications in talents cultivation plans of primary education in the past five years,and puts forward four suggestions of local normal universities in setting the training objectives and specification of primary education major:clarifying relevant concepts and highlighting key competence;adhering to national policies and highlighting regional characteristics closely;foreseeing future needs while based on objective reality;establishing evaluation system and connecting objectives and specifications.
