摘　　要：依据现代学徒制的特点,分析现阶段高职院校包装策划与设计专业的发展现状,提出了实施现代学徒制的必要性及建设路径:发挥工作室平台作用,提高学生技能,共同制定人才培养方案,健全管理机制,提升师资水平,深化校企合作,从而提升现代学徒制的内涵。Based on the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship,analyzing the planning and design in higher vocational colleges at present stage packaging professional development present situation,put forward the necessity of the implementation of modern apprenticeship and construction paths:play a role of studio platform,and improve students'skills and to develop the talent training scheme,perfect management mechanism,improve the teachers level,to deepen cooperation between colleges and to promote the connotation of modern apprenticeships.
