开放大学建设背景下省级电大学士学位管理研究

摘　　要：为了提高电大学士学位管理水平,以省级电大学位管理为切入点,从思想认识、制度建设、机构设置、过程管控、信息化水平等方面分析了开放大学背景下电大学士学位管理现状及存在的问题,提出了提升学位管理水平的五点对策:加强学位管理工作宣传,强化师生学位意识;健全学位管理制度体系,营造制度文化氛围;优化学位管理机构设置,加强管理队伍建设;建立以质量为核心的全过程管控,强化监督与评估;搭建学位管理平台,提升信息化管理水平。In order to improve the Bachelor’s degree management of radio and TV university and based on the degree management of provincial radio and TV university,this paper analyzes the present situation of adult bachelor’s degree management from the aspects of ideological understanding,system construction,structural establishment,process management and information level.Then five countermeasures are put forward as follows:enhancing degree propaganda and strengthening consciousness of degree of the teachers and students;perfecting degree management system and building systematic atmosphere;reforming management departments and strengthening the capabilities of management personnel;intensifying the supervision and assessment to control process management based on the core of quality;building the information management platform to improve management level.
