摘  要:CDIO作为工程教育的一种先进教学理念,其内容构思、设计与思维密切相关,而实践、运作突出了教学实践性的特点。这种教育模式主要是培养学生科学的思考方式和实践创新能力。通过在CDIO工程教育理念下,探索“食品化学”与“食品生物化学”课程有机融合的教学改革,通过研究课程的定位、目的、教学方法、考核方式、教学内容的有机融合,从而达到在教学过程中培养学生自主学习能力、实践创新能力、交流能力、团队精神的教学效果。CDIO is an advanced teaching concept of engineering education,in which content organizing and design are closely related to thinking,while practice and operation highlight the characteristics of teaching practicality.This mode of education is mainly to cultivate students'scientific thinking and practical innovation ability.In this paper,under the CDIO engineering education concept,teaching reform of the organic integration of Food Chemistry and Biological Chemistry course were explored by studying the course orientation,goal,teaching methods,examining ways,organic combination of teaching content,so as to cultivate students'autonomous learning ability,practice innovation ability,communication skills,team spirit in the process of teaching.
