摘 要:思政教育融入“食品保藏学”专业课堂是实现“立德树人”的重点,如何将思政教育有效融入专业课堂更是重中之重。以实际问题为切入点,介绍了“食品保藏学”课程开展课程思政教育的探索与实践,旨在为应用型本科专业课程开展课程思政教育提供参考与借鉴。Integrating ideological and political education into the professional class of Food Preservation Technology is the key to realize“moral education”.While how to effectively integrate ideological and political education into professional classroom is the top priority.Based on the practical problems,this paper introduced the exploration and practice of ideological and political education of curriculum in the course of Food Preservation Technology,this paper aimed to provide reference for the development of curriculum ideological and political education for application-oriented undergraduate courses.
