摘 要:为探讨实习日记结合反思讨论在护理教学中多重应用的效果,随机抽取了2017级100名大专实习护生并将其平分为对照组与实验组。对照组采用传统的带教法;实验组采用实习日记结合反思讨论法。比较两组护生出科考核成绩、评判性思维能力及情绪智力。同时将反思讨论记录用于在校护生学习,调查了解护生教学效果。实验组出科成绩、评判性思维能力、情绪智力等显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。在校护生认为该方法可以帮助理解教材、了解临床、理解实习等。实验证明实习日记结合反思讨论法可以提高实习护生学习成绩、评判性思维能力及情绪智力,反思讨论记录可以帮助在校护生理解临床操作,有助于理论与实践结合。To explore the multiple application effect of practice diary combined with reflection discussion in nursing teaching. Randomly selected 100 junior college nursing students in 2017 and divided them into control group and experimental group. There were 50 students in each group. Traditional teaching method was adopted by control group. In the experimental group, practice diary combined with reflection discussion method was used to compare the examination results, critical thinking ability and emotional intelligence of the two groups of nursing students. At the same time, the reflective discussion records were used to investigate the teaching effect of nursing students. The experimental group’s academic performance, critical thinking ability and emotional intelligence were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). Nursing students think that this method can help them understand teaching materials, clinic and practice and so on. The experiment proves that practice diary combined with reflective discussion method can improve practice nursing students’ academic performance, critical thinking ability and emotional intelligence. Reflective discussion records can help nursing students to understand clinical operation and to combine theory with practice.
