摘 要:目的CBL、PBL联合基础上脏腑辨证教学模式探索。方法本文以2018级针推、中医学专业的学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和比较法,探讨CBL与PBL联合教学模式与传统教学模式在脏腑辨证理论和实训教学中教学效果的差异性。结果结果显示,实验组学生在学习兴趣、知识的理解、中医思维的形成、脏腑辨证能力的提升、信息分析与利用等方面均优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL与PBL联合教学法在中医理论与临床实践的对接环节具有一定的促进作用,对中医思维的形成和辨证能力的提升作用值得肯定。Objective To explor the teaching mode of viscera syndrome differentiation based on CBL combined with PBL.Methods In this paper,students majoring in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in grade 2018 were selected as the research objects.Through questionnaire survey method and comparative method,the difference between CBL and PBL teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in the theory of zang-fu viscera syndrome differentiation and practical teaching was explored.Results The results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in learning interest,understanding of knowledge,formation of TCM thinking,improvement of zang-fu syndrome differentiation ability,information analysis and utilization,etc.,and there had statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching method of CBL and PBL plays a certain role in promoting the connection between TCM theory and clinical practice,which is worthy of affirmation for the formation of TCM thinking and the improvement of syndrome differentiation ability.
