摘 要:目的探讨微课联合PBL教学法在妇科临床见习教学中的效果。方法选取北京中医药大学2015级中西医结合专业学生83人,分为实验组及对照组。实验组采用微课联合PBL法进行临床见习教学;对照组采用传统教学方法进行临床见习教学;评价2组学生考核成绩及学生对教学的满意度。结果实验组和对照组学生的考核成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组学生对教学的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课联合PBL教学法提高了妇科临床见习的教学效果,对培养学生的自主学习能力,临床实践能力都发挥了重要作用。Objective To explore the application of microlecture combined with PBL teaching method in the clinical practice of gynecology.Methods 83 students of grade 2015 from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and the traditional group.The experimental group adopted microlecture combined with PBL teaching method,and the traditional group adopted the traditional teaching method.After class,the scores and satisfaction of the two groups of students was compared.Results The average scores between two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction between two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Microlecture combined with PBL teaching method improves learning efficiency in clinical practice teaching of gynaecology plays an important role in cultivating students'autonomous learning ability and clinical practice ability.
