摘　　要：通过课程思政教学改革,将高校“立德树人”的使命落到实处。树立榜样是最好的培育方法。“做21世纪的陶行知”,作为卓越生物教师培育的目标,将生物学科教学论等师范类核心课程进行综合改革,将陶行知关于人格魅力、“教学做合一”方法、创造教育等教育思想确立为我院师范生卓越成长的典范。It is essential to implement the Central Government’s demand of“building morality and cultivating talents”in practice through the teaching reform of“curriculum ideology and politics”.And the best way is to set an example.Thus,“to be the Tao Xing-zhi of the 21st century”is set as the goal of cultivating outstanding biology teachers,and Tao Xing-zhi is established as a model in the process of growth for normal students.
